The morning alarm goes off and we get that dreadful pit in our stomach.
“Time for another workday.”
The thought quickly looms over our head, and we can’t help but think of everything we don’t want to do over the next 8 hours.
The feeling is anxious, and with our eyes half asleep, there’s a part of us that imagines how easier life would be to just disconnect from the world and do our own thing – no work, no boss, no virtual meetings, complete bliss. But unfortunately, the day calls us to be “responsible adults”.
Things are rushed yet again.
We quickly jump out of bed after hitting the snooze button
Make a quick and “not so healthy” breakfast
Put on a decent work shirt to look semi-professional
Power on the computer, fearful of the impending list of emails that awaits us
Hold our breath for the very first meeting
If we had it our way, we’d jump back into bed, dive into our favorite videogame, or whatever we’re in the mood for (but that’s a dream for another time).
Fast forward to the end of the workday and somehow we managed to make it through – but just barely. It felt scattered, it felt messy, and it felt disorganized - only to remember that we need to do it all over again tomorrow, the day after that, and the day after that.
For many of us with ADHD, it can feel like our mind is running like a “leaf in the wind” in reactive mode and sitting in the passenger seat.
If only our mind would quiet and work for us, life would be so much easier.
Why does it have to be so difficult? Is it our superior intellect, deeper awareness, a greater sensitivity to our environment that puts our brain into overdrive?
Perhaps – but all we know is that for us “neurodivergent” types, we see the world a lot differently than the average person, and it’s causing us to be more anxious than the rest.
Your ADHD makes you unique and actually gives you the advantage – IF you know how harness its power and make it work in your favor.
Even though it might feel like the anxiety is causing your brain to go into “AFK mode”, what’s important to know is there isn’t anything wrong with you. It’s just that you don’t have access to the right tools and strategies to transcend its outdated operating system.
Often times, what might seem like managing your anxiety from the surface is just stuffing it under the rug, until it all piles up and comes back 10x stronger.
…Which is why when you do it the right way, you can see effortless everlasting change.
Possible? Yes. Here’s how.
The solution to all that anxiety madness going on inside your head. The key to unlocking a Zen-like mind that you can turn on autopilot - any time during the day.
Why? We’ll, having been a neurodivergent therapist for 7 years, and, ADHD anxiety is MY specialty.
How? I will show you how to get unstuck by speaking your language, while at the same time holding you accountable every step of the way. But more than that, I use a variety of signature techniques to get inside your brain on an unconscious level and program it for permanent results.
And unlike the stereotypes, there’s:
No traditional “tell me how you feel” therapy
No “white lady” workbooks, notebooks, or calendars
No boring conversations
No stale psychology therapy atmosphere
No therapy guru gimmicks
Instead, it’s an approach that’s natural, fun, and gets to the ROOT of your anxiety. It’s designed to remove that “scatteredness anxious feeling” so you can tap into your true self and reach your 10/10 potential.
From our very first session together, you’ll experience an immediate sense of grounding and ease. Not before long, you’ll be free from the shackles of paralyzing anxiety - feeling like you’re one beat off the rest of the world, and stuck inside your head 24/7… to a version of yourself that didn’t know anxiety and ADHD even existed.
The best part is you’ll no longer feel rushed, make clumsy mistakes, and be worried of future circumstances you’re not ready for. Now, you’ll be able to take your time, feel relaxed, and enjoy the flow of life. Everything is in its right place, exactly where you remember placing it. The world suddenly seems to go your way and not against you.
It’s a beautiful place to be.
For many of the smart, neurodivergent, and out-of-the-box thinkers that see me, it’s not uncommon for them to have their anxiety almost completely disappeared and their day-to-day lives dramatically improved within a couple sessions.
When do you want to solve this for good? No more band-aids, no more sweeping it under the rug, no more running away. Just simply dealing with it head on and then living free of unnecessary anxiety for the rest of your life.
